This 5800 square foot home was designed for Karel and Marilyn Langer and their 3 daughters. I traveled with Karel in 1981 to Czechoslovakia, where he was born, to see the architecture. The colors of the cement stucco, the red tile roof, and window detailing are reminiscent of homes there. Located on a fairly steep down-slope with great views of Mt Tamalpais, it was built in 1983 by Werner Schneider Construction. It was published in 1986 by Better Homes and Gardens.
